The valve is equipped with an OS&Y (Outside Stem and Yoke) design, a bolted bonnet, a rising stem, and is operated by an electrical actuator. The body and bonnet are constructed from ASTM A216 WCB, while the wedge is made from ASTM A216 WCB with 13Cr, and the seat is made from ASTM A105 with 13Cr. The stem is crafted from 13Cr material. With a face-to-face dimension of 711 mm, the valve meets API 600 standards and RF standards as per ASME B16.47. It has undergone sealing pressure tests at 22 BAR and shell pressure tests at 30 BAR to ensure reliability and safety.
